Today’s Lunch: Chef’s Choice
*Happy Birthday today to Josue Tinajero. Please stop in the office during your lunch and get your birthday treat. *Any boys that missed the basketball meeting last week. Please see Mr. Klingler before the end of the week. It is very important. *Girls interested in playing basketball next year, please sign-up in the office. This sign -up is also for summer info. *All Football Players: Remember hot dogs after school on Thursday.
*Please return all books that you have from the high school library before the end of the school year. Books not returned will have a bill sent home. *The SASA club is organizing a team to participate in the Relay of Life event being hosted on August 22nd at the FHS track. Fundraising is a large part of this event. Luminary bags are going to be sold at both lunches beginning May 19th. The cost is $1.00 and they can be decorated in honor of someone you know who has fought or is currently fighting cancer. Your support of this great cause is appreciated!
*Summer School sign up is happening now! Please see Mrs. Lugten to enroll. The dates are June 17 – July 29 and all work will be done in Novanet. Bus transportation and meals are provided and the cost is $50.00.
*Over the summer ALL files in your school folder will be deleted. Make plans to save any file in your NAMED folder before the end of the school year if you want to keep it. *Attention anyone interested in running Cross Country this fall: Please stop in Mr. Sexton’s room to sign up. We will have a brief informational meeting before school gets out.
*Any student who will be in 7th – 12th grade next year and is interested in improving their wrestling technique should sign up for the Blackhawk Wrestling Technique Camp. The camp will be held 9AM – Noon, June 15 -17 at the Community Athletic Center. Registration forms are in the office. The cost of the camp is only $15.00 per athlete! Register today! |
